Wife lost in poker bet

A group of guys play poker weekly. One week, one of the guys is losing badly and has been for weeks. As a seeming joke, when he is out of chips and credit, he says he will bet his wife. His wife is nice looking, but they have always seemed like a normal couple. Affectionate but nothing out of the ordinary. She is friendly with all the guys, but never flirtatious. But he loses once again. Everyone laughs about it and the others go on playing for that evening. They hear him go upstairs and can hear a conversation with his wife, but not make it out, as they go on playing. The next day she arrives at winner's door...
