• New Doctor: Patient has been seeing the same doctor for many years, and since she gets a regular breast and vaginal exam, she just undresses fully. However, She was not told that her doctor is not going to be there, and a ew male doctor enters to see her sitting naked on the exam table. Both are surprised, but both try to pass it off as normal. • Sex education: Boy or girl gets first full exam post puberty and parent has asked doctor to give them sexual education.

• Full sport exam: Girl (or boy) needs a complete exam to be on sports team

• Work exam: Woman (or man) needs a full exam for new employment

• Sexual Research: College is doing a research on student sexuality: behavior, history, habits, etc. On intake medical exam doctor interviews student about these topics.
