Helpful Neighbor Girl

Divorced or widowed man living alone. Nextdoor's daughter starts coming over to hang out.

Backstory: Since he lost his wife, he has not been taking great care at home, leaving a bit of a mess in the house, not making real meals for himself, a bit depressed. He works form home.

Neighbors were more friends of the wife than him, but with her gone, why notice he sees depressed. They suggest to their daughter who is a bit of a loner herself to visit him after school, while they are at work anyway. (looking to play it more romantic than pervy)
